Who provides Tallymere

Tallymere is a business service operated by Clarity Bridge Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16451548. Our registered office is 124–128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.

Your workspace

Use Tallymere only on behalf of a business you are authorised to represent. You are responsible for the people you invite, the permissions you give them, the information you supply and keeping your account credentials secure.

Do not use the service unlawfully, upload malicious material, try to access another customer’s information or bypass usage and security controls. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service or investigate misuse.

Agent authority and financial controls

Agents operate within the rules, permissions and limits configured for your workspace. You remain responsible for those instructions, the accuracy of source records and decisions referred to you. Automated processing can make mistakes; review exceptions and changes to supplier or payment details carefully.

Payment preparation does not by itself release money. Payment execution requires an enabled banking arrangement and its applicable authorisation. Tallymere is not your bank and does not hold customer funds. It does not replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice.

Free and paid plans

Tallymere’s launch plans combine a free allowance with monthly subscriptions for higher invoice volumes. Subscription prices are based on volume, not a percentage of the value of your supplier invoices. Supplier queries, statement matching and follow-up work are included within the plan’s published limits. Your applicable allowance, price, billing period, taxes and any separate payment-provider charges must be shown before you confirm a paid subscription.

Live checkout is not currently active and no real subscription payments are being taken. A published price is not authorisation to charge you. You will not be automatically enrolled in a paid plan solely because you used the free service or reached an allowance. Changes to an existing subscription require notice in accordance with the terms agreed at checkout.

Your documents and records

Your business retains its rights in the documents and records it supplies. You permit us to process them to provide the service and follow authorised workspace instructions. Only upload material you are entitled to use and share. Keep the records your business needs to meet its own accounting and legal obligations.

Our privacy notice explains personal-data processing. Any separately agreed data-processing or service agreement takes precedence over these general terms where it conflicts.

Availability and changes

Features depend on configuration and connected services. Future features, including accounts receivable, are plans rather than a commitment to a release date. We may maintain, update or change the service. Unless agreed separately, no specific uptime or support response time is promised.

Leaving the service

You can stop using Tallymere at any time. Contact us to request account closure or help with your records. Closure does not automatically erase records that must be retained for legal obligations, security or the resolution of a dispute.

Applicable law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
